A BIT ABOUT ME
You've probably seen a ton of my images by now, but not really seen me... So, here I am! I'm Lydia, photographer, videographer, editor, and the gal behind the scenes here at Moon and Back. When I've not got a camera in my hands, I'm spending time with my husband and two gorgeous little girls.
I absolutely LOVE my job and I'm a sucker for love, romance, and all things wedding. To me, the couples I photograph are more than just my clients. When you book me, I like to think that you don't just get a wedding photographer or videographer. You get a full high-quality experience, from beginning to end. From the many pre-wedding chats to the final product delivery, and beyond. Some of my past couples still stay in touch, even years after their wedding! I've been told multiple times that I'm like an extra bridesmaid. You'll often see me getting stuck in and being an extra pair of hands, helping you into your dress, fixing your veil or even if you're just needing some advice then I'm definitely an experienced wedding attendee you can ask!

MY SHOOTING STYLE
natural, romantic, non-traditional
Just a few of the words I'd used to describe my photographic style. I love movement and light and capturing things authentically and in the moment. Capturing the real you.
If you're feeling slightly nervous about the thought of a photographer following you around on your day DO NOT PANIC. I do my best to blend in and be unnoticed. When it comes to doing couples portraits I will mostly just leave you to have a little chat and a chance to actually have a catch-up and some time alone, but will give you direction if I feel you need it.
